The Pre-Visit
You've booked your first appointment with me. Now what?

Expect an immediate email and text confirming your appointment. Your email will include my address, parking garage information as well as how to access the building

The Experience :
When you arrive, expect a warm welcome as we begin to indulge your senses!

I'll have complimentary refreshments to start things off. Then we'll have an in depth consultation to determine the perfect fit for you and your hair.

You'll receive a spa like shampoo experience. Lay back and relax to soothing music, a warm towel, aromatherapy, blanket and my custom 3 step scalp massage.
After Goodbye
When all is said and done, I will make sure all is good with your new look to ensure you're feeling on top of the world !

I'll give you tips and tricks throughout our visit to help you style and maintain your hair easier at home. I can recommend products, style methods, and even hands on tutorials.​
